Every customer we service receives a FREE Silver Level Membership Agreement.

This basic package ensures that we are fully prepared to provide prompt and efficient service in the future, saving you time and money. We also offer a gold package which offers additional discounts and benefits.

Gold Preventative Maintenance Plan Includes:

• One, plumbing inspection per year—This includes a comprehensive inspection of drains and sewer lines, water lines, water heaters, faucets, bathtubs, showers, toilets, garbage disposals, valves, and more!
• Discounted prices on all repairs.
• Trip Charges are waived on up to 3 calls per year. $105.00 value
• Dye test toilet tanks to ensure they are not leaking into the bowl or running excessively.
• Replace or clean faucet aerators — allows your faucets to flow properly and prevents annoying dripping.
• Treat your drains with Bio Clean — a natural enzyme treatment that helps to remove build up in drains and prevent clogs.
• Get 2-year warranties on all repairs— we guarantee the quality of our work for 2 years, giving you peace of mind.
• Priority service—all of our customers are a priority but when possible we will schedule you ahead of other non-emergency calls.

The GOLD Protection Plan has two payment options:

Monthly: $12.50/month Annually: $150

Our FREE Silver Membership Plan Includes:

• Full Customer On boarding: We will conduct a full inspection of your homes plumbing free of charge on the day of service. During our inspection we will note important information in your customer file including the make, model and finish of all fixtures, location of shut off valves. This means the next time you call we will know what parts to bring with us the first time.
• 10% Discount, receive a one time 10 % discount on any recommended repairs on the day of service.
• One annual inspection per year for just $55.00(Optional)
